24 Hour Care / Live-In Caregivers

Providing around-the-clock care to a loved one is rewarding, but it’s also physically and mentally exhausting. Whether your loved one is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, is bedridden, or suffering from another condition that prevents her from taking care of herself, we can provide your loved one with the 24-hour care and support she needs so you can focus on what’s important: loving your cherished family member.

Our 24-hour and live-in care services are beneficial in a number of situations. Those with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, those who are bedridden, and those who are recovering from an illness or surgery can all benefit from 24-hour and live-in care. We provide both 24-hour and live-in care on a short-term and long-term basis to meet your needs. Twenty-four-hour and live-in care allow your loved one to remain in his home and to maintain as much of his independence as possible.

Our caregivers not only help your loved one meet her physical needs, they also provide emotional support and companionship. Our caregivers assist with and perform numerous tasks, such as:

  • Bathing
  • Toileting
  • Transferring
  • Help with physical therapy exercises
  • Laundry
  • Meal preparation
  • Light housekeeping
  • Transportation to doctor’s appointments

With our 24-hour care option, we provide around-the-clock care for your loved one. This is ideal if your loved one needs supervision at night. With 24-hour care, your loved one never has to go unsupervised. A caregiver will always be available to attend to all of your loved one’s needs. Your loved one will have at least two caregivers each day, as each caregiver works an eight or 12-hour shift.

Live-in care is ideal for those who do not need constant supervision. Our live-in caregivers need eight hours of sleep a night and breaks throughout the day for meals and personal time. However, having a live-in caregiver will provide your loved one with more consistency. Additionally, your loved one will be able to form a long-term relationship with a live-in caregiver.

Both 24-hour and live-in care are great options, whether your loved one needs a caregiver on a short-term or long-term basis. Please contact us for a free in-home assessment. During this complimentary assessment, we can help you make an informed decision about what type of care would be best for your or your loved one’s situation.
